Job Description

Objective:

The Team Lead is responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications and associated functions. This position leads the IT staff of E-Commerce developers; and leads project teams.

University Degree in Computer Science or related Technology from leading colleges in India.
Experience in leading the E-Commerce development.
5+ in .Net development using C#.
5+ years of relevant hands-on technical experience with a record of strong individual technical achievement.
2+ years of relevant experience leading projects of small to moderate size.
Proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members.
OOA/D & UML
Schema design & SQL
N-tier design & development
Substantial knowledge of Windows environments.
Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale and small scale systems.
Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems.
Fluency in English.
Experience 5-10 years.
Knowledge of SSO (Single Sign On) and if any implementation using C# and WCF will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in MS Commerce Server is a plus.
Should have inclination to climb the architect ladder, rather than managerial ladder.
Experience with Agile/Scrum Software Development, preferably a Scrum Master will be added advantages.

Experience:

5-10 years of relevant hands-on Microsoft technologies (MS.Net, C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server 2005/2008, MS Reporting services, MS TFS, MS Analysis services, etc). Pick up new technologies with ease, solve complex technical problems.

Knowledge Specifications:

Possess a solid understanding of software development methodologies.
Understanding of version control and build/release management.
Ability to lead a team of 7+ Senior Web developers.
Possess excellent communication and writing skills, highly motivated, committed and self-driven.
