Gujarat Innovative and Revolutionary Programme- SWAGAT sets in

Gujarat State has launched a campaign where the citizens of Gujarat can avail any help from Gujarat Government regarding the problems that Government services undertake. For this issue, Gujarat Government has announced- State wide Attention on Grievances by Application of Technology(SWAGAT). This programme is built generally for all the people residing in Gujarat and can avail this if they find any problems regarding to the services that Government offer to all the cities of Gujarat. Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Narendra Modi has always been a motivating factor for Gujarat when it comes to problems of people. He has undertaken the Online Complain Redressal through which people can share their complaints online about Gujarat.

CM of Gujarat- Mr.Narendra Modi has given his word of promise to all the needy people of Gujarat and believes that democracy can be achieved under a Good Governance and for this people's voice needs to be given importance from all aspects. For this, Narendra Modi has promoted the programme of SWAGAT, through which solutions will be provided to all the grievances of the people.

The motive behind the programme is to know the complains of the needy people and to solve it with immediate effect. This programme will build a strong bond with the governing body and will help to grow a good public relations with the people too. In this way, the work of the administration will also run in a smooth and healthier way.

Chief Minister of Gujarat- Mr.Narendra Modi said that the problems which arise among the people varies from villages to villages and from districts to districts. Therefore such problems and measures must be solved at the concerned places and there is no need to approach to Gandhinagar Office to solve such matters. In such regard, SWAGAT Programme has been launched in due matters to solve the issues of the people regarding different affairs.

SWAGAT Programme was launched under the 'National Informatics Center'- a web browser that has undertaken to operate the system of complaints. The web browser is designed such that it provides a specific Identification Number to a particular complain and it reminds the administration every 15 days of interval to solve the particular issue or to respond over the matter. People who has made the complain can check their complain status by providing the I.D. number to the system. The complains which are made by the people are scanned and E-File is prepared where these files are forwarded to a particular Secretary of the concerned region to look after the matter and respond to it.

Within the framework of limited time, every 4th of a month, Chief Minister gives its solution to a particular problem to its officials. The Chief Minister can even talk directly to the applicant through Video Conferencing. CM of Gujarat- Mr.Narendra Modi has said that the administration can also provide his part of the solutions to any applicant and if required the applicant can directly report to him under any circumstances. Thus, the full solutions are provided through direct access under no issues and the problems can easily be solved. According to a recent survey, 100349 complains have been received from both Taluka as well as District level, out of which 98203 complains have been solved. This shows the effort of the administration and Chief Minister of Gujarat towards their dedicated help to all the citizens of Gujarat.

The United Nations has selected SWAGAT as the best functioning body across any state in India where people's voice are given full importance through modern technology and it sets an best example for others to follow. Till date Gujarat has been measuring its development and also looking after the prospect of the people in every direction for making it swifter in access among other states. SWAGAT has also received a big landmark when UN selected to give it a 'Public Service Coveted Award' for it's excellence technique applied and ensuring the best possible help from any governing body of Gujarat.
