Vale Added Tax(VAT) underlays simpler rules for more ease of access during the registrations for Traders for VAT. It will be accessing and verifying various documents within a short period of time so that VAT Registrations for any new members will be alloted within five days.

Value Added Tax Registration now becomes more Reliable

The Value Added Tax(VAT), Gujarat registrations previously used to be quite irritating for various members of Gujarat, but now Gujarat Government has announced that the registration of VAT process will be considered within the period of 5 days and it will be approved within the phase of 5 days itself.

This news has brought about a good sigh of relief among the people of Gujarat as the new system will make the applications to get approve not more than a week for newbies. Previously there used to a system of Manuel submissions before getting in touch with the VAT process, but now the system has been removed for simpler and easier Trading as the submissions of e-returns have been manualized for easy process.

Further the process has been made more simply as it can be done within five days even if an individual registers online within the period of time. Gujarat State Minister of Industries, Saurabh Dalal executed and carried out a simpler plan of VAT Registration, Gujarat and announced the proclaimation of registration within a maximum five to six days of time when applying online or offline. Moreover he said that Gujarat will be employing many new branches across the state for more convenience of the people.

Sources said that a group of core team brought the issue to the Gujarat Government giving various facts that many errors have occurred during the past and it might disturb many more causes in future of Gujarat's people. Now Directors of VAT Registration of Gujarat are busy with the rescheduling of various processes that could also ease the pressure from the point of views of employers in the office.

Various other rules were also deployed by the Gujarat Government like submitting the documents by a Trader within a fixed period of two days from the date of applying online/offline. This will make the process of registration more easier and simpler since it will just take three to four more days for inspecting the person's documents and allotting the permanent number from the Head of the Officials of Gujarat Government. There will be no checking of the site or location from where the documents were submitted if applied online.

Mr. Saurabh Dalal, Minister of Industries- Gujarat reported that till now there has been many reports of person who proved the irregularity of the process of registration and takes at-least a month to get registered for Value Added Tax(VAT), Gujarat. Many traders were not following the rules and were busy in filling returns without the Manuel returns every monthly, but now it has been considered so that no complications remains for smooth and variable process of Registration for VAT by any member of Gujarat.
