2 Cups Sour Curd
4 tsp Besan
1/2 inch Ginger, chopped
2 Green chillies, chopped
Salt To Taste
Handful Corainder leaves
2 tsp Oil
1 Pinch Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
Few Curry leaves
1 Pinch Asafoetida
Make a healthy paste of the curd and add near about two cups of water in it.
Add beans, turmeric powder and salt to taste in curd and mix it well.
Make paste of ginger,chilly,cinnamon and coriander leaves
Boil the curd paste on slow flame and continupusly keep stiring it
Heat the oil and fry the mixturae of cumin seeds, mustard seeds,curry leaves, asafoetida until they splutter.
Pour this mixture on the Khadhi .
Garnish it well with ciriander leaves and serve hot.
